The Amsterdam Colloquia aim at bringing together linguists, philosophers, logicians, cognitive scientists and computer scientists who share an interest in the formal study of the semantics and pragmatics of natural and formal languages.The 2013 edition will be held at the University of Amsterdam on 18-20 December and will be collocated with the 17th SemDial workshop (DialDam).The 19th Amsterdam Colloquium will feature two workshops on Quantitative Data and on Modals; a special session on the Semantics and Pragmatics of Dialogue, jointly organized with the SemDial Workshop; and one evening lecture, jointly organized with the E.W. Beth Foundation.
