The 8th Asian Junior Linguists conference will take place from 2023-11-17 to 2023-11-19 at National University of Singapore.

The invited speakers include Nala H. Lee (NUS), Aine Ito (NUS), Alexander D. Smith (NUS).

AJL is committed to encouraging junior linguists to have opportunities to present their work at a formal academic conference. Junior linguists mainly include undergraduate students studying linguistics, but Master’s and pre-ABD level submissions will also be welcomed.

AJL8 will be hosted at the National University of Singapore, in person and with a Zoom component for participants who cannot attend in person.

The abstract submission deadline is extended to 2023-09-10.
